Noir & Noyer was founded by Stephanie Nichols, an interior designer with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and formal wine education. Her approach is shaped by years of travel, firsthand experience visiting wine cellars throughout France and Italy, and an understanding of how thoughtful storage protects and supports a collection.

Blending interior design, cabinetry expertise, wine storage knowledge, and a collector’s perspective, Stephanie creates wine rooms, cellars, and bars that are as functional as they are refined—designed around how each client collects, stores, and enjoys wine.
